About This Faculty

The Faculty of Sharia & Law at The Unity University trains students in both civil law and Islamic law. Programmes prepare graduates to understand legal systems, defend justice, and serve as knowledgeable legal professionals in courts, government, and religious institutions.

Students study statutes, case law, and legal procedure alongside Islamic jurisprudence, learning to reason carefully through legal problems using both traditions. Moot court exercises, legal writing assignments, and case analysis give students practical legal skills alongside their theoretical knowledge. Graduates are prepared for legal practice, further legal study, or leadership roles in justice and religious institutions.
