About This Programme
This programme prepares experienced professionals to lead development projects and policy at a higher level. At The Unity University, students study advanced development theory, policy analysis, and project design, building on prior experience to take on leadership roles in the sector.
Students critically evaluate development approaches from around the world and apply lessons to local and regional challenges, often drawing on their own professional background. A major research project allows students to investigate a development issue in depth, producing analysis that can directly inform policy or programme design. Graduates are equipped to lead development initiatives at national and international levels.
