About This Programme
This programme prepares education professionals to shape and manage education systems. At The Unity University, students study education policy analysis, planning, and institutional management, preparing for roles that go beyond the classroom into system-level leadership.
Students study how education policy is made and implemented, how education systems are planned and resourced, and how institutions can be managed more effectively. A research component allows students to examine an education policy or planning issue relevant to their own context. Graduates are ready to lead education reform at institutional or national level.
